The most useful review selected by IndeedI learned recruitment from Trivium. It was a strong foundation building for me. The management is also good and Flexible work module is followed. Professional and Family life can be balanced while working at Trivium. However The pay scale is very less. There is practice of politics in the team. The seniors make sure that executive level employee do not grow in a career. As a result you will get to experience how to handle office politics and you can easily cope that in your new work environment.

Worst to work here
HR Executive (Former Employee) - Delhi, Delhi - February 16, 2020
Its the worst company to work with. They just make false promises and mislead everyone. No growth opportunity and will provide an immense stressful environment. They just know how to put their own work.on juniors and rest will be kept just sitting idle and gossiping. No work culture. No learning.
