My experience was good there. But sometimes things get tricky as the management system is not that good. Pros-Salary was on timeCons-Inhouse experts of biology were not that good for reviewing answers.

Nice place to work. Sometime you can be disappointed with some persons but they are everywhere so nothing to worry overall management is nice and supportive

This company is one of the worst company in the education industry. They took work from job seeker without paying them.They hire you for contract by simply signing a contract agreement. My sincere advise is don’t waste your valuable time and career by working for this company. Go for some better companies.

I learned recruitment from Trivium. It was a strong foundation building for me. The management is also good and Flexible work module is followed. Professional and Family life can be balanced while working at Trivium. However The pay scale is very less. There is practice of politics in the team. The seniors make sure that executive level employee do not grow in a career. As a result you will get to experience how to handle office politics and you can easily cope that in your new work environment.
