Good place to work

Lithographer (Current Employee) - Youngstown, OH - November 29, 2023

If you can handle 12 hour shifts, it's a great place to work. The 2-2-3 schedule is perfect for me. The pay is good. Benefits are outstanding. You get a retention bonus and profit sharing. I've never had an issue with floor staff or upper management.

Stay away

Machine Operator (Former Employee) - Sparks, NV - September 20, 2023

Horrible place to work, place is a turnover mill. Zero training, they are under staffed by at least 50% yet they still expect 100% production. They do not maintain their equipment and that are always going down, you run around like a chicken with their head cut off. Management had poor people skills. The only positives were that they paid decent, lunch break was paid and they provided free food on Thursdays. Avoid tii I is place like the plague.

They won't ever be fully staffed so you'll be forced to work atleast one day of over time and when you work a 2-2-3 schedule, you barely have a day off. 90 percent of management has no idea what's going on and the other 10 percent make up for the incompetence of the rest. They have very old ways of doing things. You can come to work on time every day and do your job and if you don't fit their ideal worker you'll be nit picked till you quit or they fire you. It's like a highschool sports team they haze you in and bully you. Complete waste of time working there. Would be a great place to work if management pull they're heads outta their butts.

Very poor upper management!

Unfortunately upper management including HR could careless about the employees including lower management!They continued to lie to their employees and didn’t care about our future or families,definitely all about the mighty dollar!

Früher ein Familienunternehmen mit guten ruf in der Region, nach mehreren verkäufen an Seelenloser Geldgierige Investoren nur noch druck auf die Mitarbeiter in der Produktion und immer wieder angst vor Stellenabbau und Werkschließung.

Horrible place to work. Steer Clear

Horrible work environment, safety is never regarded the only thing they care about is making numbers. The only decent part of this job is the pay, but it is not worth it in the end. It is always either way too hot or way to cold in the building. Don’t even get me started on the awful temp agencies they work with.

A decent place to work, but...

I joined the company 10 years ago during a period of investment and expansion as a machine operator and have worked my way up though a number of opportunity's and promotions so I've seen most parts of the business. The initial interview was fair and involved basic mechanical fault finding exams- anyone from a mechanical background will not be troubled by these. The pay has always been good/excellent but your experience here will be largely defined by your manager. The line and department managers are under significant pressure to deliver the highest quality products, meet production targets and do this in a zero harm culture- some managers manage this better than others. Generally speaking the production areas are great places to be, team members work well together, its a positive environment and personnel are provided ample resource and development to aid their development.Staff numbers are limited- there is a high expectation to do overtime where required. Holidays are limited, whilst you get "30 days off" in truth all but 11 of these have already been allocated for you (Christmas to new year, and a week in may/august) through mandatory shut down periods.Its a really good place to work if you can manage your time effectively, work well in a team and you're good at diagnosing/fixing problems.
