Work culture is good but duty hours are longs upto 12 to 14 hours .Production activity is going on continously throughout . Sometimes deparmental issues there due to laps in activity .But overall workplace environment is good and supportive .

Unethical exercise

Misbehave with employees while working. Unethical exercise and pressure for doing the same for completion of target. Employees alteration is big issue in the company.

It was full day working at Troikaa. The working culture was good. The hardest part was time management and the most enjoyable part was Rx of doc.

I used to handle insurane portfolio in troikaa. There was a fire in our stores and the insurance cover 3 days back was underinsurred. I took the initiative to cover the insurance as and when the stocks get increased. so this was considered in my appraisal. Workplace transpararent, systematic and organized. i learned to be more professional in troikaa with sheer dedication for my work as i enjoyed my work. i was doing multitasking so there were times when priorities were clashing this was the hardest part we used to organize birthday parties, get together and quarterly picnic of all team members. this was the most enjoyable part.
