Preparing the cost plan within the scope of Operational Cost and Overheads for the projects accordingly. Preparing the Bill of quantities (BOQ), Bill of materials (BOM), and Specification for all item of works, performing tender activities and preparation of Tender Documents for packages of fire-fighting works.
A typical day at work is about attending customers at showroom and going to customers home in order valuate the vehicles for trade in. The job offers me the experience and knowledge of the different passenger vehicle present in the market along with improving my customer relationship. The management is supportive towards the work I do and have been helpful to gain the experience. The hardest part of my job is to settle the price with the customer's expectation.
There seems to be no concern over staff and no job security. They keep laying off lower level people two months or whenever they feel like. Payments & salary never given on time. A 'NO CARE' to staff attitude prevails from the management.
