Company is working providing better pay and great work life to its employees

Hi all started working with trueblue in December 2020. It has been a great journey since then. I would not lie but after my joining people left because they were not getting raises but now company has increased the basic salary packages for freshers and I got a nice raise too.

Good work culture

It is a good company in terms of work culture and environment as it is very relaxed. The only con is the management is not fair while giving promotions. Lot of favouritism and biasness is there.

If you want a secured future please do not apply..this company is not one on which one can rely upon..I myself had faced issues with this company..i would not recommend trueblue to anyone.

I had been appointed as Recruitment coordinator at peoplescout a trueblue company.

Overall, my experience is mixed. Company and management is nice and supportive but the salary and benefits are not enough for living. And at the time when we need the company the most, they dump us without even any notice.

No Streamling
