Poor workplace to work, no professionalism

Typical day here starts with checking "Mood" of the manager (MD), Poor management, no decision making and adhering to decisions, management treats employees as slaves and they say it clearly and loudly. Jail like work culture. You will get to listen great plans and discussions but when it comes to implementation - management is not bothered.

No recognition of correct talent, ridiculous thought process of management, If anyone wants to get some process in place he/she will be thrown out of the company, management thinks only solution to any problem is 'Sacking employees'
