The company's policy are very supportive even the higer authorities are very supportive. Excellent work culture. Very responsive to queries. Takes good care of their staff

Long hours, sometimes too much pressure, allowances are quite low as compared to the work. Limited leaves(very less)

Nice and fun place to work

It's a nice place to start your career if you want to be in bpo. They have decent salary. There will be many other benefits like overtime, leaves, double pay, night shift allowance, food coupon etc. Management is also good, they are friendly. All they want is you should meet the parameters and should get good csat. If you are in top,you will be safe if not they will move you to PIP and then you will be kicked out which happened with many of my colleagues. I really enjoyed working here. I will never forget this place as it was my first and the best job. Many times I wished I could go back but I didn't wanted to go to BPO and I don't like the place where the office is located. You will have hard time finding many things in Ahmedabad. They had flexible shifts when I was working. I had a day shift.they also have can service if you working after 10pm.

Decent job for self-starters with high self esteem.

This job isn't for the average joe...strong communication and personal accountability are a must, along with the ability to multi-task. I never had pay issues and management on my project was fine...although I had 6 team leads in my first 5 months. I never had an issue getting time off and being accommodated for illness and family emergencies. Turnover is high. My training group started at 45 heads, 17 finished and by the 90 day mark I was the last.. Training was a joke: 11 days. the first 3 were wasted because half the class hadn't been given the proper access permissions. So we got half-trained and then put on the phones to finish learning with customers who can tell you don't know what you are doing and are often angry to begin with....which brings me to the most important skill/personality traits you can have for call center: be able to handle angry, ignorant people with grace.I've worked customer service for 15 years and I've never seen such a high concentration of of dissatisfied customers. Mostly it's due to them not understanding the terms of their insurance plans or the rules and laws surrounding pharmacy services, but very often it's due to errors in the prescription systems or errors made by other Representatives.Regardless of the cause, if you are easily offended or negativity bothers you DO NOT take a job in a call center. It WILL wear on your mental health and you are NOT ALLOWED to hang up for any reason or it is grounds for termination. They give you de-escalation training but it is mostly useless, especially in situations where a member has had to call 8 -
