Average productivity and unnecessarily stressed employees

GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee) (Current Employee) - Hosur, Tamil Nadu - March 21, 2023

Typical day in production is hectic with people running around, firefighting with daily issues. Is unsuccessful in their attempt, they are ready to bypass the system for achieving daily targets. Management is busy with their own work instead of helping to train the new joinees. Don't expect a lot of support and learnings if you are new to production dept. It takes a considerable amount of time for your opinions to matter and a lifetime to leave an impression.
