Flexible hours but meagre earnings.

Drivers are completely free to decide when to work, can work 5 mins or 70 hours a week. Also can pick and choose which jobs to accept. Unfortunately highest demand is during unsocial hours and early hours of the morning and having to deal with drunks.The rest of the time demand is low and so difficult to earn more than minimum wage once overheads are taken into account.
