But there are all the staff good because never feel lonely during working hours if I needed any kind support from any person then all staff supporting me.

Organization and Senior Management is excellent, only one issue that Job is not safe when they close the operations otherwise many more still working

Large Scale startup so you get to experience both sides (big tech companies+ startup culture). Tech stack is modern and there are a lot of different projects to work on. Managers are good, no micro management. But only problem is they are low on funding and their losses arent improving only widening

Fine place to work and learn

I worked for 3 years with udaan, made a lot of good connections and learned quite a lot. It can be frustrating at times as it is a start-up and you don't always have the right processes, focus and priorities keeps changing. If you can stick around, the experience is quite valuable.
