Really I had good experience with udaan and I'm thankful for the company for giving me a great oppurtunity to work with them and like work culture was so good everyone were helping each other guiding and even I also learnt so many things while working in udaan

Great Learning Experience

Udaan being the fastest growing startup in India, at times it becomes too hectic but once you through the process, at the end of it, it obviously gives a good learning curve specially to those who are in the early stage of their career.

Very flexible working arrangements through the use of flexitime. Very understanding and supportive Manager. Great autonomous role, no-one looking over the shoulder when completing work. Lots of opportunity to work in different areas
