This is a nice place but you often find yourself with burn out with the work pressure you have. You will be motivated by the children only. Management is sometimes supportive.

Pros

Timely salary, free lunch, children. People are of friendly nature.

Cons

Lot of documentation work, sometimes rude and bossy attitude of management, blaming attitude.

Work pressure and no respect

The environment here is very congested and bad. High work pressure and 24×7 attention required no appreciation for good work but lots of criticism for minor mistakes, i personally feel very bad sometimes. NO LEAVES or HOLIDAYS just working days and it feels like bounded labours no Head office support. They works for women empowerment but exploit employees here by not giving them equal rights which has others in HO. I'm working here for last 1 year and 1 have Very bad experience. I'm mentally disturbed. They do not care about person they just want work work and work. I recommend not to join here if you want peace in your life. You can make money from anywhere please wait you will find a better job rather than join here and experience bad chapter of life.

Potential is very nice for a newcomer but due to bad management ethics and politics it's very hard to survive here. Only join if you are good on buttering your seniors and old employees.

Learning and stressful environment

For freshers, the organisation is good but please don't have expectations of fair salary. Also,a lot of workload is there.Over-all, if you don't have other option, go for it as you will learn a lot but if you have an alternative, please don't go there.

Productive work space .

The term of work was enjoyable and I did built lasting relationships. The work is driven by the passion of its people. I worked to set up its research unit and fund raise for aftercare advocacy. As a part time short term consultant i was able to complete the assignment in time as I had able team and leaders to work with.

Productive and satisfactory

I interned with Udayan Care for 2 months and this is by far the best working experience for me. The communication with the supervisors is so smooth that you will never get stuck in a situation, they are always there to help you throughout. Moreover, the work that they provide is excellent and one learns a lot here. Thanks to the team they gave me the chance of conducting a training session with the Shalinis which was the best experience I could have gained.

Encouraging and supportive work space

Felt incredible to work with the organization that focuses on the well-being of the underprivileged members of our community to provide learning that will initiate them to be self reliant and never walk away when someone needs help. Working with them I learnt to be more patience and show my diligence in my work as it will bare fruit in their life that will be helpful throughout their lives.

Great fun to learn and to grow professionally

People around here are so supportive and helpful even when you need them they are just a message away. I really loved working here and would recommend anyone to work here.

Productive and fun

My experience with Udayan care as a volunteer was satisfactory and it was really fun doing tasks for them. Since doing all the work for them was being a part of a noble cause, it gave me a positive feeling while helping them in this journey. I talked to quite a few people in this process from Udayan care and Udayan ghar and it was a challenging but a truly amazing experience.

Udayan Care- I learned many more things about the account details through the financial balancing meeting, attended PAN India meetings, North zone meetings, etc. also our line manager provides different training to us. along with this, I attend all workshops of the shalinis and learn a lot. Workplace Culture - their culture is very good. I learned more with our shalinis from the workshops. I enjoyed the USF and also give my best always.
