Productive work space .

The term of work was enjoyable and I did built lasting relationships. The work is driven by the passion of its people. I worked to set up its research unit and fund raise for aftercare advocacy. As a part time short term consultant i was able to complete the assignment in time as I had able team and leaders to work with.

Pass on this opportunity and look for something better

No place to enhance your skills, no growth, less salary, terrible incompetent management. Udayan Care is no place for young minds to flourish. The work culture is pathetic. The salary structure is below average. The management is old, worn out with a typical feudalistic mindset. The pay structure is peanuts for giving more than your 100% The attrition rate is very high because of their poor policies and the reasons above stated but they don't care as they believe that they can hire someone else at a lesser pay than offering good employees a hike. Pass on this opportunity to something better Worst place to be!

Highly Unprofessional and No motivation for employees

Very unprofessional organisation which doesn't believe. In work ethics. From the salary structure to the leave everything is bare minimum. Ruled by only one person and other heads are just puppets. Incompetent and unskilled Programme heads who just believe in buttering the management and save their own positions. Only recommend it to fresher that's too only for a year or a half. Beyond that is a waste of time. The only good thing about it is the junior level employees who bond with you like your own family.

Junior level employees, not programme heads

Unskilled programme heads, Bare minimum Salary and leaves
