Highly Unprofessional and No motivation for employees
Very unprofessional organisation which doesn't believe. In work ethics. From the salary structure to the leave everything is bare minimum. Ruled by only one person and other heads are just puppets. Incompetent and unskilled Programme heads who just believe in buttering the management and save their own positions. Only recommend it to fresher that's too only for a year or a half. Beyond that is a waste of time. The only good thing about it is the junior level employees who bond with you like your own family.
Pros
Junior level employees, not programme heads
Cons
Unskilled programme heads, Bare minimum Salary and leaves
