Nice place but sometimes you are overwhelmed with lot of work.

This is a nice place but you often find yourself with burn out with the work pressure you have. You will be motivated by the children only. Management is sometimes supportive.

Timely salary, free lunch, children. People are of friendly nature.
Cons
Lot of documentation work, sometimes rude and bossy attitude of management, blaming attitude.

Learning and stressful environment
Program Coordinator (Current Employee) - New Delhi, Delhi - April 8, 2022
For freshers, the organisation is good but please don't have expectations of fair salary. Also,a lot of workload is there.Over-all, if you don't have other option, go for it as you will learn a lot but if you have an alternative, please don't go there.

Highly Unprofessional and No motivation for employees
Programme Coordinator (Former Employee) - Delhi - May 26, 2018
Very unprofessional organisation which doesn't believe. In work ethics. From the salary structure to the leave everything is bare minimum. Ruled by only one person and other heads are just puppets.
Incompetent and unskilled Programme heads who just believe in buttering the management and save their own positions.
Only recommend it to fresher that's too only for a year or a half. Beyond that is a waste of time.
The only good thing about it is the junior level employees who bond with you like your own family.
