Working as a teacher (Current Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - August 9, 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedWhat is the best part of working at the company? Wonderful experience. I used to struggle very hard to get a job where i could spend time with my family, but after a long search, I ended-up with Ufaber. I have been working with it since 2017. During Corona, many people became jobless, but this was the company that fed us during such a painful pandemic. I love you, Ufaber. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? I do not find anything stressful about it, because it pays you on time. It provides a good number of students, and has its own syllabus. We need to teach the students with full dedication. I am completely dedicated to my company, Ufaber. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? It good, excellent. I work from home so I have a wonderful experience. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Enjoying my work everyday. For me is nothing typical and stressful.

Good as a side hustle not as a primary job
English Language Trainer (Former Employee) - Remote - September 1, 2023
Initially it was great but gradually started becoming Toxic. Salary policy is worst. Pay peanuts and don't give much hike. Founder and Co-founder don't bother to listen to their employees. Management is especially very ride with Education Counselors and Business Executives. Trainers also don't get that much respect as teachers. Chance of growth is less.
Pros
Work flexibility
Cons
Pay too less

Pros
Get to know about work
Cons
long hours, less salary

i dont suggest for serious people
Business comunication and English Facilitator (Former Employee) - Remote - May 27, 2023
for causal earning without this job is for timepass meeting with some group leaders in Zoom meetings some moderators will join even if that is for the sake of no improvement in practitioners because they won't be paid decently. So people prefer to give up and the one who continues are not serious aspirants but rather just casual income seekers. the course also needs a lot of improvement based on the student's background which is not given proper training on how to identify students' capability just give some courses which has almost the same content which also need some improvement.
Pros
work from home
Cons
they dont pay on time very careless replies

A perfect place to start your career
Communication Trainer (Current Employee) - Kurla, Mumbai, Maharashtra - September 23, 2022
It's the best place to start a career. It allows you to balance your personal life and your career. While most companies do not accept freshers, ufaber's take the effort to consider freshers and give them a chance. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to start off a teaching career.

Confused state of development in sales. Service provided to client is good. No perks and benefits
Senior Business Development Executive (Former Employee) - Kolkata, West Bengal - August 13, 2022
Hardly any proper training is provided. You work and learn. No support for sales employees. Their process is defined but lot of flaws within it, which victimizes the sales employees in the end. A shrewd and disloyal person can only find a way out, having zero concern for clients and peers. Everyday pressure, force to work more than 12 hours if work not done according to them. Everyday they change their process, no set rhythm or work culture. Still at budding stage.

Terrible experience
Demo Mentor (Former Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - May 25, 2022
Low pay, bad product but demand high quality and quantity of work and constantly fire or threaten to fire people. I have seen countless examples where they terminate people at the end of the month and do not pay the month's salary as well. The whole business is only focused on money and their product and work culture is terrible to say the least. Overly demanding, always threatning, low pay; just plain bad management
