(Un)academy= (un)employment (un)fair(un)fortunate (un)professional
Sales Executive (Former Employee) - Jaipur, Rajasthan - April 19, 2023
Title: Frustrating and Disappointing Experience with Unacademy I cannot express enough how frustrated and disappointed I am with my experience working with Unacademy. The organization did not prioritize its employees' well-being, failed to provide adequate support and training, and ultimately left me feeling undervalued and unappreciated. One of the most concerning aspects of my experience was that Unacademy did not pay me a salary, which is a basic and necessary compensation for any employee. Moreover, after only seven days of training, the organization expected me to work at a professional level, which was a completely unrealistic and unprofessional expectation. It was evident that Unacademy did not invest in its employees, as evidenced by the high dropout rate of 17 out of 67 people, which is unacceptable for an educational platform. As an organization that claims to be an educational platform, Unacademy should have upheld the highest standards of professionalism and invested in its employees' growth and development. Overall, my experience working with Unacademy was incredibly frustrating, and I cannot recommend this organization to anyone. I hope that Unacademy takes a hard look at its practices and invests in its employees' success in the future, but until then, I suggest looking elsewhere for employment opportunities.
Pros
No pros at all
Cons
Training period 6-7days
