Good pay and very good culture but daily parameters and targets are more- sometimes you need to work on Sunday's to meet the target - if daily talk time is not achieved the LOP

Would never recommend. Bad culture.Bad management.No timing. No respect for employees.No proper communication.Hectic schedule.Ask to work for long hours.The worst ed tech company ever.Too much pressure.
