Exciting. Always get to learn something new.

Fun Workplace

Work life balance is decent as compared to other organisations because we usually get breaks in between.First week of every month is a bit hectic because we got lot of queries from donors.Seniors are very much supportive they understand your hardwork and accordingly motivates you.We feel very proud to be a part of this UNICEF family.Talking about leaves we get 2 casual leaves in a month so total(24 in a year). That's it 😌

This was a collaborative project of UNICEF & Jadavpur University. Due to Covid19 pandemic the project got shut down. This was the best working experience of my carrier till date. Lot of learning also freedom of ideation & opportunity was there.

Pros

Cons

No permanency was there as it was a project.

Bes Culture to work at

I feel that those who work at UNICEF got the job not only from their hard work but also they are fortunate enough that they have been selected.Workspace is free from office politics and people share the concept of equality with each other.coworkers are helpful and loving who are always ready to stand with you.

Pros

Healthy office environment and canteen is available for lunch and snacks

Cons

there's no complimentary tea or coffee as like other offices provide for their employees

Exhaustive and less empowering

Consultancy engagement with UNICEF. The job required immense travel and there were no employee security policy. Though the scope of work was interesting yet there was inadequate freedom to take decisions.

Pros

Engagement with government

Great place to work . The organization promotes equity, work life balance and personal development opportunity. Scope for professional growth is limited. Pay and other benefits are excellent.
