I really wanted to continue but due to family constraint I was unable to continue.There is too much scope to work with new ideas and each day get opportunity to meet new faces with varied problems.

Great exposure and learning possible

Growth opportunities within the company limited but gives a major boost to one's career overall. No work life balance. Can develop leadership skills .
