I recommend having an open discussion with your manager in regard to promotions and discuss your feelings further on what is and isn't working. There are also employee resources internally that are available to you online and over the phone that I also recommend that you take advantage of. - Tori
It has been a good experience working with UHG. I have started my beginning carrer and building my carrer. It was very productive environment and at the same time fun with the activities within the organisation.
A Good place to work. At United i have learned so much and there is something new every day. The company put their customers' first, and took care of their employees also. The job was clear and defined, and there was plenty of opportunity for growth.
UHG is a friendly employer, provides good amount of flexibility to employees, opportunity to work on different projects too
Flexibility in timings
Not much to learn

UHG is a good company with good work culture. Work is done in a systematic order. The only problem is that its quite hard to get promotion and it takes a lot more than usual time in role change.

One will learn a lot while working in this organization. The work culture, HR policies and employees benefit are good and employee friendly. Management is also cooperative, but due to the market conditions the appraisals and growth path has become slow. Still, I would say its a work life balance pace to work.
Learning and trainings
Starting from getting hired to working everyday to do anything new is extremely troublesome. Getting hired is a piece of cake if you get interview, otherwise, all hiring happens as if it were family business. So the employee composition is not very good. You have to lick your manager's feet off if you want to grow in the organization. Delivering highly regarded project, making a big suggestion, etc, are not the ways to grow here. You can not switch team and stay in the company, everything is taken super-personally, even taking leaves. You don't have any say, all they need is body-shopping. However, I managed to make some good friends out there. Some bad fished have ruined the face of the whole lake. One last thing, at one point in the team, there were 3 managers to manage two 3 developers ;)..
No or very less work, if you don't wanna do it, leave it and someone else will be assigned to do it.
If you like your job developing software, very poor work.
Working with UHG was again a really nice expierence in terms of learning, the organisation provided great platform to learn both in healthcare domain and technical terms.
