Fun working place

It was an amazing place and peaceful environment was there. Staff was very cooperative. I learned time management as I had to take interviews.

They will foax you and tell you something different while joining but if your tenure completes they will show different colors.Salary paid on time.No work culture.Too much of fuss .Not professional at all.

Our Directly reporting was bit strict but good human. Top Mgmt was very Dynamic. We expanded very fast. Good Culture in work place. I have worked for 2 Years in which I have all the good memories.

Productive and fun work place

Fun Job

Job include taking interviews of students which was interesting and learnt many things apart form my field of study. As it was a part time job, so it doesn't help in increasing my field knowledge but skills like management, communication skills were very much improved.

As a trainer it was a memorable experience with widespread of knowledge and activities. What are skills people are desired about. What are the learnings out of it. It was a two way communication mode. With very piratical and live response from the trainee.
