Very productive and a great platform to learn - Unnati (Unlock your potential)
Content Manager (Current Employee) - Chennai (Work from Home) - September 20, 2017
As the name goes, Unnati definitely unlocks each employee's potential and makes them shine in their respective roles.
A typical day at work is a typical day of work from home for all of us in Unnati.
If you know how to organize yourself and manage your time in completing the work , this company is the most enjoyable place to be with.
A place where women are given the utmost importance to excel in their respective roles.
Open management culture and a place where everyone is respected and trusted for the work they do.
Pros
1. Work from Home, Mutual Respect and Trust, Open Management Culture, Importance to Women, Flexibility to manage time
Cons
Nothing

NGO space
Consultant Trainer (Current Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - August 10, 2017
As an NGO in the Skilling and Employability space, it has some committed leaders.
This is a workplace for those committed to these same ideologies and not for those seeking a career growth or a good pay package.
