No job security , you can be asked anytime to leave if you are not buttering your oversight. Very dominating people , though founders are trying to bring improvement. Only few people are corrupting the work culture.
only free food
Long working hours. very annoying managers
You get liberty of owing your work. Great company to start your career and it does give you opportunities. One just needs to be very passionate and career oriented.
The company welcomes diversity. They believe in give and take. The Aura there is so positive and healthy for an individual to grow & learn.
I never realised when the day was over, the people there are full of energy. The people are dead serious there about growing and making culture light and healthy for their employees. Great growth opportunities and a very healthy culture. I joined there as a marketing intern and I'm so happy to be a part of that company.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
Worst place to work for, will ask you to work after shifts on a daily basis and won't even pay for that, when questions are raised rather than being grateful they tell you how pathetic you are at your job that they are asking for extra hours. No adequate manpower, zero employee retention. You don't even get to encash your own leaves or compensatory offs.
In my opinion, urbanclap has a little hectic but a really nice working environment, i found my colleagues to be really helpful and got to learn alot from them. Since, it's a startup having a decent growing reputation in the market, I think one can give a shot of growth to their career by being the part of urbanclap. And, here I'm talking about the in office work.
free food and beverage, helping enviroment
long hours of work, hectic work, the whole company is running on interns only
i have joined Om innovation call services as a telecaller. and start working with this. i was fresher that time. i have learned a lot of thing in that place. like how to speak, how to work etc. then i got promotion as a mis executive with a great supervision. in that period i got very heavy work load but i think that was a very nice period for learning. then i understand the meaning of responsibility. As a MIS person i have a lot of responsibility for entire day but i never give up. i struggled for learning. there i was not getting a good salary but there was a scope to learn many things which was very big from the money . its called talent which i got against money.
near by from home
hard work in few salary
I did not like urban clap because of poor management, they don't have proper trainer, and training pattern. They will take you, and ask you to leave, just because they think you cannot do that.
will ask to do post shift almost everyday without paying anything, no cabs, worst management, unwanted quality control.
It is an dream organisation to work at. One wont find even a single flow in the company even if he or she tries. work culture is great. No formals... Lunch and dinner both is provided to the employs .
No formals, Free lunch and dinner
very particular about the quality of work done
Workplace is really nice but there is no growth. Management used to conduct seminar where they taught you new things but not anymore. Mangers dont take initiative to teach new things.
long hours, shuttle facility only till metro station
