Stressful and low pay

Good for freshers but once you are experienced, company doesn't bother much about one's career growth.One has to struggle too much since it is a service based company.Also being service based they don't have much clients atleast in the automotive domain Salary is not as per industry standards.Need to check other domains though how they manage

Management is not good, All the time they are securing their job and creates unnecessary pressure. Client is not having any issue but this UST team lead are not good

Good place for freshers.Great work life balance.but salary is somewhat low for freshers.internal hikes is too low.they will not give any hike after 1st year.
