I was very skeptical about joining UST when I got an offer because of some negative reviews flying around here and there. I thought I will give a try as I had another offer in hand and a time gap of 3 months. But from first day till today I do not regret my decision. I am the one and only tamil female in the team and all others are super supportive from juniors to managers level.There are a lot of opportunities to grow, lots of learnings, great exposure at every stages of your career. Management is good, work life balance is good, super (adipoli) CAMPUS in Trivandrum.As like in other companies there was a few lay offs happened at the time of Covid ERA.. I have got a bunch of good mallu friends who used to take me out for trips, invite to their homes at the time of festivals, holidays and yeah for parties too...

Pros

There are a lot of opportunities to grow, lots of learnings, great exposure at every stages of your career. Management is good, work life balance is good, super (adipoli) CAMPUS in Trivandrum.

Cons

Leaves are less and heard Hikes are not that much..

Worst choice to join this organization & no friendly or not responding nature of management when any employee need.

Worst management, job insecurity, no increments, no proper communication with management ,no career growth, underpaid , heavy work & benefits are there just for display not everyone recieving.

No prior information to employee about anything

Long working hours and most stressful & less paid

Too much micromanagement

Managers over here will constantly monitor you. Feels like you are back to school. No value of personal space . Would you expect a male manager asking about your mother sister..shameless people. If you are planning to work here,keep your self respect aside and be ready to work under orthodox Conservative culture
