Vagdevi vilas school is a very excellent place to start the career for new starters.We can learn many new things daily with the kids and with the management.I learned many new things like,how to face the challenges,curriculum,day today activities and lesson plan.

Good learning exposure

Good family like atmosphere but equally stressful as in most schools.They follows a very traditional approach in the administration process. For fresher's, the school offers a very good learning experience. HR role is limited to teacher recruitments and interactions. Very less holidays for office staff. Minimum job security and salary increments in admin dept are purely based on your equation with mgmt and not as per your capability or professionalism. Career enhancements or promotions are less in Admin dept due to their flat hierarchy. Transfers happen so sudden without even discussing with the concerned staff.

Very lethargic way of working environment

No work time. Anything higher mgt. people call for meetings after school hrs. No productive work will be discussed. Total non productive mgt. All ideas of teachers will be taken and no credit for the same to teachers. Salary also not good. They deducted in the name of covid. Only and only teachers are good. Rest no proper mgt through the school.
