Good family like atmosphere but equally stressful as in most schools.They follows a very traditional approach in the administration process. For fresher's, the school offers a very good learning experience. HR role is limited to teacher recruitments and interactions. Very less holidays for office staff. Minimum job security and salary increments in admin dept are purely based on your equation with mgmt and not as per your capability or professionalism. Career enhancements or promotions are less in Admin dept due to their flat hierarchy. Transfers happen so sudden without even discussing with the concerned staff.

Very good learning place....peaceful working place without any work pressure...Comfortable timings....Good package and benefits...concessions kids school fees also

It is a good school to work With. I would say the best school. The environment , support, career opportunities. Management is also quite supportive. Overall a Great Place to work.

Vagdevi vilas school is a very excellent place to start the career for new starters.We can learn many new things daily with the kids and with the management.I learned many new things like,how to face the challenges,curriculum,day today activities and lesson plan.
