Nice place to work

For freshers it is a really Good place to learn many things. There is No fixed week offs.No transportation facility for long distance employees. Work pressure is there but also have continuous growth in career if you can able to do things in right way.Management is good and supportive but they have failed to execute the organization policies effectively.Over all a nice place to work.

Good place to work and learn

I joined as a fresher. Really loved the company. The projects are good, manager is very helpful and friendly. Everyone is very coorporative. Appraisals are good. HR is very helpful.

-You need to take responsibility for your work, no fun activities since it's wfh, good for people who enjoy wfh, dual hikes in a year

-Workload depends on Project-Dual Increments - increment but will be around 5-8 percent for mid-year and annual above 10 percent-No other extra employee benefits-WFH available-Stay away from politics, honest work will be appreciated and recognized

poor management and compensation but good work life balance .

Poor management, no growth opportunity, bad compensation but WLB is good. Free lunches are good but at times because of poor vendor selection that creates issue. Linguistic based favoritism can be easily seen.

Pros

Free Lunch and good WLB

Cons

Poor management, no growth opportunity, bad compensation

Poor Management

No one knows what would happen if you are out of project and all they have is maintainence projects.Dont give much support to career path, just ask to do certifications irrespective if it makes any sense to the person's career or notNo long term options to scale and those who remain in org continue to grow up the ladder even if they are unfit some one can get role change without any systematic plan and others end up doing great work and are not recognized at all

Great place to work.

Good place to work. I have joined as fresher through campus placements in Valuelabs. I got exposure to various technologies and seniors in team provided good support for learning.

Pros

Free transport and food, Company follows values, Good exposure for various technologies.

Cons

Some seniors in team push their work on juniors( it depends on projects), Lack of work life balance some times, Lack of recognition of work.

Good company to work for.

Good company to work for. Not too much hierarchy to reach your manager. Mid term appraisals is a plus. Valuelabs cricket league for recreational activity.

Pros

Free lunch, good colleagues, job security, they don't fire people.

Cons

Some managers and leads who make you work for long hours

Good pay, good work life balance, poor management

Management was poor. Pay is really good if you are working here after MBA. More of a family run business, so opportunities to rise to top management are virtually non existent.

Pros

Free lunch, good pay

Cons

No progress, poor management
