Boss will always raise Voice over small matter in daily routine. No productive discussion daily only pressure blaimimng and Angel to be face. No leader only boss culture. Management just throw initiative at lower level which are non managable no work life balance, HR will not listener and if listener will not reach on issues. Every thing is decided by Management of they feel you are good you will grow. Else you will be in same position
