Tough job but you have to prepare yourself mentally for it. After working hard you do not get any recognition until you resign

I learned multitasking. Environment is fast paced. Management doesn't care until you resign. You will not be recognised for your hard work but instead of that the person who is working in the AC and is doing easy documentation work will get all awards, good grade and remuneration. According to the management you learn a lot in field but nobody recognises the person who does work in field

Not recognising hard working and dedicated employees. Not professionally managed company. Employee always think about job security. No work life balance. HR team is governed by Vedanta. All decison making done by Chairman level. No free hand to respective division CEO.
