Tough job but you have to prepare yourself mentally for it. After working hard you do not get any recognition until you resign

I learned multitasking. Environment is fast paced. Management doesn't care until you resign. You will not be recognised for your hard work but instead of that the person who is working in the AC and is doing easy documentation work will get all awards, good grade and remuneration. According to the management you learn a lot in field but nobody recognises the person who does work in field

The management is poor and worst is the work culture Hectic and irritating. Work life balance is zero out there and in shifts its horrible. Hrs and Senior level managers are not approachable.

Learning, Disciplined and Productive Workplace

Quite a learning experience,seniors are supportive but at times quite strict too.Although i was expected to be at site most of the times,yet meetings and personal discussions with seniors were very learning and fruitfull.
