Saturated growth.Only value for new joiners.Workload is quite high for the employees who are in manufacturing.Residential appartment provided by company on chargeable basis.No traveling involved.Environment is too polluted.

Very tough and unstable environment, dynamic decisions. You cannot do long term career planning, better to move on and be ready to find a new job, too much firing from top management
