Tough job but you have to prepare yourself mentally for it. After working hard you do not get any recognition until you resign

I learned multitasking. Environment is fast paced. Management doesn't care until you resign. You will not be recognised for your hard work but instead of that the person who is working in the AC and is doing easy documentation work will get all awards, good grade and remuneration. According to the management you learn a lot in field but nobody recognises the person who does work in field

The work culture is toxic. Constant enemity between peers for prmotion. Manager dont care about you work life balance. Most the locations are remote with nothing aroud

Engineering Focusses, Too Much Pollution, and Politics.Good if you are starting early, make sure to leave by 2-3 years of experience else you are going to get stuck.
