I am with the Vedantu Super kids Dept, under phonetics/ English. Initially they paid extremely well. Suddenly after six month they changed the contract, slashing down our salaries from 'Walnuts to peanuts'.But in a way i am thankful that it showed me my potential of earning that i wouldn't had imagined of, as a pre school Teacher.

Pros

since its on online platform, its at the comfort of ur home

Cons

no growth, no hike in my dpt at least, job is on contract basis.

Vedantu is an online platform. So, I learnt many things related to online teaching. Specifically, I joined as part time class teacher, so there is no work pressure at all. Just I have to solve the doubts of the students in the class. The only hardest part is amount only but that is also satisfiable amount for this work.

Pros

Per day maximum only 4 hours work.

Cons

somedays go till 10:30 to finish the class.

Disrespectful environment

It's a well known and famous company but the teachers are not respected. For each and every thing to be happen be it a Holiday or reschedule a class or even pass a message to the parent teachers literally had to beg to the management. Slow and lazy management ruling over teachers and not doing anything from there side

I am having 3.5 years of experience and in these years I have changed 3 jobs, my experience about last job was good but in vedantu there is a very unethical work culture, there is no balance between your personal life and professional life if you want to earn money only, only then you can join this company but if you have a responsibility on your shoulder never ever join this company

If you don't have a social life. If you are willing to work for 12-13 hours. If you have patience to listen pathetic comments from the managers. If you can tolerate your female colleagues being disrespected in front of you. And rather than building up a career If you are willing to relive your college life again then this company is for you my dear friend. *Worst Management *Pathetic working hours *Useless HR *Managers speaking primary school level English

You are not going to be paid properly, the incentives are horrible it's one thousand or two thousand or max 10 thousand for the hard work of 30 days

Horrible experience, they gives less salary when you joins they say, you shall have other mediums to earn When you work day and night ,they gives 1k 2k or 10k incentives that is it, and rest money the managers don't tell what they doing with The CEOs are not at fault

They hier you on contract and make you work like donkey and shall chuck you out when they dint need you. On contract employees they dint treat them as an employee and more over they want us to work more that the scheduled duration of 8 hours.
