Being a game developer I felt that joining this company was a huge mistake. They are really good for nothing, team had 14 emplyees and none were trained and most were a** sucking morons. The first day after I was emplyod I tried to see what are the earlier projects they did but to my recollection there was nothing from the game department as well as animation department. They just sit their in office doing nothing. This company has a very unprofessional and selfish environment. Plus during the pandemic situation all the old team members for no reason became bosses of the freshers and they did completely nothing, but it didnt came in the eyes of the management. The freshers were started to be treated as servants by not giving them salaries for a couple of months blaming to productivity. If you are a fresher and finding a place to start, this is not the right place for you. If you want to learn animation or game development these people have nothing because this department is very new in the company. This department has to learn a lot, right now you cant learn anything working here, they are themselves not learning. No projects No clients. How do you think you can grow?

No training and respect given to the freshers, this department is not felt as a part of the company bcoz when we were asked to do work from home, they didnt even arranged for laptops/desktops, and started eliminating people, on the basis of the fact that you have a loptop or not, in order to work for them you have to be a millionare, they are very unhelpfull, Worst company I came across.
