I would request a company without any targets given. And pick up and drop facilities are required for me if the company is far from my location. And i would require a job notifications related to hr related jobs only.

Torture & pressure & salary will not give perfectly. Think & join most of the people don't like this company..... Company have to think about this & we have to work 365 days & no week offs....
