U can learn many things ,Gud experience but work timings are too much and sometimes no holidays for senior secondary teachers .Also new recruits are given more salary than old employees

Lot of politics inside the campus. There is no hike for the old employees but offering decent pay for the new joinees despite less experience. Because of this issue many experienced faculties resigned their job.

The primary purpose of Velammal school is to provide quality education. Velammal Vidhyasram school has its curriculum which includes content to be taught in different subjects, pedagogy or the way the content is to be taught. The kind of learning experiences a school provides to children defines their approach towards teaching and learning and outlines its vision. Our school will focus on holistic development instead of learning for examinations.The learning experiences that are provided in Velammal school are done by teachers. Teachers are the ones who deliver teaching and learning experiences and motivate children to nurture and grow. Hence, it becomes very critical to have the right kind of teaching staff with apt qualities who will be able to translate the vision of the school into a reality. Parents are mostly concerned about their children’s safety. Velammal school is one that takes care of the safety measures in detail. Every little aspect is taken seriously and all safety measures are in place for a good school. A good school has leadership with a growth mindset. The focus of the Velammal schools shifts from high achievement scores to wellness and development of children. Good students and managing level coordinators. Students need a lot of time to inculcate their knowledge at the secondary education level if they had received a minimal basic foundation. It isn't an easy job for both teachers and students to do wonders if the students have come from the poor basic foundation. Thereby, I recommend the school management to work on this factor if they wished/ would wish to maintain their name and dignity in the society.

Worst institute to work. Very low salary without increment. Full of politics

Worst management. It's an educational institution where they hire female candidate but they won't provide maternity leave. No hike very less salary where we should work for them 24/7 without thinking about family.

You cannot expect a growth in your career. And the increments are based on how you treat your heads. Those who apply for resignation will not get any appraisal. I have worked there for 2 years without any appraisal.

Follows the same old rules and institution is not updated. Has more scope for improvement. The institution would perform better if there exist a proper co-ordinator and leader for the educational side as well as the corporate end. The management seems to be money-minded. A very good institution not properly guided for the sake of society.

Preparing notes and activities for the students of Early Childhood Education, coordinating with the heads for sending them for class observations, discussing with them regarding the thematic approach curriculum. Discussing about activities for different domains helped me learn and get more ideas from the students also. Management supports and encourages the teachers and students of Early childhood Education by all means. Play materials and stationary materials is provided when needed. Just entering into the corporate culture and trying to make changes. Since I enjoy the job I don't find anything hard. Training the students on Early Childhood Education is a great experience and i feel happy and excited when I share with them the experience I had with children in Butterflies Play School. Using Power Point presentations for teaching the students was an added experience.
