Venkteshwar hospital dwarka is good.but about salary policy is not good.even cut your salary every month.Ot management is not well. duty roster is not ready for upcoming month.strefull duty Overall my experience is not well thier.

There is very stressful working culture. Staff is very rood. Management is good.Senior staff is very bad.Planning and plotting behind you very much.Groupism is on high up.

Pros

Lunch is very bad. No value for money.

Productive and knowledge gaining

I personally feel it's great to work there in experience gaining process. One get lot of knowledge when interact with patients and their family with explaining the things to them and above all great exposure of icu, ctvs and opd.

Good effective experience

Company was organised with valuable experience and proper training programes from organisations like NABH for each staff on each shifts. Effective team management while working in ICU's and also various wards specialised for each unit.

The overall experience was okay but no job security. Most of the consultants are non-co operative to colleagues and juniors on the counterpart was nice to the patients because they are the reasons the hospital pays them. Okay to be said overall.

Poor Nursing Management

This hospital is on mercy of God . This hospital is plagued by high attrition and managent doesn't bother . They will make you work extra shifts but with no overtime pay. In case of any issues even TL can't go meet Nursing superintendent. Staff patient ratio is disaappropriate which is never adhered to . No extra facilities for staff . People who are joining new leaving within few months

The hospital is super good! Specailly the owners are so down to earth! The medical director is a humble human being ,very down to earth and always with a smile! Super hospital to work with.

Ok to work here except in cardiology bcz only one person is ruling and ruining it just for his ego satisfaction. Rest all fine with attractive packages. U can enjoy working if its in other deptt.
