No job security, no proper salary distribution, late salary, heavy work load. No proper location. Have to shift to other locations whenever needed, no travel allowance.

They asked about my uniqueness of my teaching. my answer was like this... If I would be appointed here for Math classes, I would make sure that my students will learn about the subject as well as the practical applications. I will create small competitions in the classroom that would keep the students active and engaged.
