Never get deceived by the words of HR. Branded fraud ones.

What is the best part of working at the company?No work ethics . There will be no chance for growth in career.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?There is a huge communication error between corporate and staff.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?They actually don't have any goodness. They never look for either student or staff welfare. Simply money minded.

Faculty

Very worst administration... They are not paying proper salary on time.. Initially they have given on time but later we beg them for salary.. When we pressurised the salary they are terminate us from job with out any intimation. They are not given work experience certificate too. Very worst experience to work here as a faculty... My kind request please don't join here...

I worked as a faculty for just over a month. I dread the experience. They didn't pay me for the days I worked. They asked me to travel every weekend from one centre to the other (4 -5 hrs). I denied due to personal reasons. They fired me instantly. Yes, I learned my lesson. A CHEAP CORPORATE COMPANY like VENPER ACADEMY will deny you your basic rights.P.S. If you dread your life then enroll as a student or join as a faculty. You will realize that the life you dreaded initially was a paradise

Produtive and fun balanced work

It's good place to gain your knowledge. Salary was in time no more work load if you done the work as in its time. Casual leave and sick leave are allowed so good place to work....................

Irresponsible administration

If they want , they will keep us in job. If they don't want or they got a new faculty for less salary , they will terminate the facilities without any prior intimation . They won't give any experience or relieving or salary certificate . Their motivation is " Faculties those who were worked under the concern should not go and work in any other concern . Starting , salary will be on time . Later , we have to beg for our salary . Very very worst administration and management .

It is a good place to work

“I have been here for two years in venper academy. The company creates learning environment and use the opportunity for the benefit of both employees and management. Everyone makes it easy to work here, from the owners to the management teams. They show their appreciation for us all the time with salary, holidays and day to day working conditions.I look forward to coming to work every day.”

Worst place to work

No job security, no proper salary distribution, late salary, heavy work load. No proper location. Have to shift to other locations whenever needed, no travel allowance.

Dear Friends, pls not to waste your career with this organization No Salary on time No Travel allowance will be given No Business ethics No Good Name with any of the schools No Proper Coaching and Faculty available None of the franchise is happy Not to believe their sweet lies during interview HR is Not qualified skill person

Too much of politics and work pressure. People cannot survive in a place full of stressful situations. And hectic timings and traveling schedules to different places often is making the experience bad

I have been working at Best Company full-time for more than a year

The culture at Best Company is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast paced. I don't dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the managers are extremely patient and understanding. -Good Salary -Flexible With Vacation Time -Benefits

The culture is transparent, every employee, irrespective of their position is given a chance to be heard, and there are ample opportunities available to those who want to build a career here. It is a young organization with a contemporary, innovative and entrepreneurial approach that distinguishes it from its competitors. I have been with the organization for more than 2 years now, and have seen myself transform as a professional in more than one ways.
