No job security 2016 - huge layoff 2018 - 2023 moved many employees to IBM, Infosys and HCL where they layoff employees once you're moved You'd find better offers in many other job security companies with better package

Frequent change in leadership lead to change in goals and no career progression and no promotions and no learning but in terms of pay and benefits it is best in the market and senior leadership give opportunities only to employees who is working for more than 5 years
