Management treats employees as tissue paper and throws even any one worked for more than ten years also. say they have credo/standards and throw away the employees using security forces/bouncers. no values. nothing. full of self targets. no moral values. no recognize to hard/smart work. you may be great person.if you join in vdsi..one fine day you be thrown away by bouncers. bad culture respect to employees. you can find all type of politics in vdsi

Verizon is best company to work . Verizon invest lot of money for employees certifications, education and this is really superb place to work with good work life balance. Only neegative cocnern is with some middle management people where they play politics and disturbs our career growth by not giving promotions and helping in growth. Overall, Verizon is best place to work

Management talks on Sig Sigma but teams are not practising Sig Sigma. Though 24/7 is not required but implementing by Management, it is effecting health. Overall company is good but it need some change in Delivery Management
