Very flexible. Yearly hike is best in the industry. No one can match their standard. Employee Benefits are more. I see many employees who are serving there more than 15 years.

Multiple vendors handle is ineffective. Multiple prj deadlines with lot of resource shuffling. Very short prj timelines & very little time to automate.Overa poorly organised and no effective mgt
