Very friendly & familiar place.

Vertex is very excellent place to work for new Comer's or un-experienced candidates.Traning period enjoyed alot with Trainer's and with new friends. Very supporting team from certification to till starting working on floor actually.

As a csa experience with vertex is like being in a healthy environment

Vertex provide well settled culture with lots of understand new things day by day Can compete with difficulties of customers and resolve easily with guidance of seniors, tl , and buddies

No proper work culture was observed

Bad, annoying, disappointing, malnutrition, lack of interest, no scope of increment, under-developed work environment, unclean drinking water. Almost felt ill.

It's very good. A part of that company experience is learnable and lot of supporting from my all colleague and my manager. I have a 3 years 5 month experienced.

Good environment and people as well

The compny was good as well the environment.. it is a BPO sector and i was in the airtel process and my language is english plus hindi it was good there my TL my AM and all the colleuges was good. One should always try to do job in BPO sector once in your life.

Good company

Vertex is a domestic bpo so there were lots of issues with senior but I loved to work there. This was my first job and this is voice process so little bit hard but I had nice experience..

Ok for freshers

OK for freshers. Less salary. High pressure. No cafeteria. No cab. Only pressure. But OK for freshers to learn how to work under pressure. You can at least get that.

My hardest part of the job is dealing with not interested customer and the management should be good and i learnt bpo is based on management ,,i believe to be part of enthusiam at work place

worked here for an year and overall experience is good and i learned a lot here but the main problem with most of the domestic BPO's is they pay very less salary to CCE due to which most of the CCE never took their job seriously due to which its very hard to control attrition rate in domestic BPO;;'s

To work in vertex its great experience I enjoyed much there. I never felt the fun like that. very good work environment friendly staff members. I m missing too much bcoz vertex is not in Chandigarh and near to my home

My process is Vodafone post-paid and my campaign is retention campaign. I learned how to solve customer problems easily and how to interact with people. In my team members all are very talented and they teach me every thing.

Fair and quite good workplace.

Good workplace with supportinve management, immidiate seniors, peers. Some seniors were very intelligent, knowledgeable and always helpful. Co-workers, staff, and friends were very open-minded. The most important lesson I learnt from there was how to keep yourself calm and composed, even in extreme situations. The most enjoyable part of the job was that everyday was like a learning day as every day I used to come across some new and very innovative concepts. As for the hardest part, I think it was the monotoniety in the tasks to some extent.
