Fast paced work. If your are good at polishing your higher heads you can survive.

Work environment is good. Organised hierarchy. No scope for career growth. If you are good at polishing principal and other heads it's a good place to work without any hassle. Hard work will not be recognised.

I start my day at work with a prayer, my E-Mails, Feedback form, House keeping records, AMC's and client visits. I start my rounds around after that which will end up after an hour or two depending on the condition of the 250 class rooms excluding other areas and room of the school Learned to plan better and organize work. Learned to work under pressure. Learned to multitask We had two teams Centre wise and the Zonal team. I had to co-ordinate with both teams. To keep track of the house keeping team's job Meeting new people Planned for events and got good results
