Excellent ! Vibgyor high school has a very good work culture. It's a professional organisation. You get to learn many new things. You are always welcomed to ask questions and they provide you with better opportunities. You can have your professional growth and develop a positive and optimistic view towards your work. You learn different pedagogical approaches and new methods that can be adopted while teaching. It teaches the students as well as the teachers to think out of the box. Novel methods and strategies are used for the overall development of the students. It's a very good school.

If you have to work over you really need to apt yourself to work in the disastrous and stress ful place The superior is always partial who always butter them. If you have blunt and straight attitude towards right and wrong one won't survive.

I gave my best during my working days at vibgyor high. If you area creative person and like to do things differently vibgyor is not a place for you. Though they support if you want to pursue higher qualifications(only 50%).

Not so good experience

The working experience in Vibgyor was average, very often it was stressful as well. The salary they offered was much less than the amount of work one handles as a facilitator, also it is difficult to survive if you stay in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad and if you being the sole earning member of the family
