Very hectic, but pay was good, more filling work , strict timing , lot of audit and stressful work culture , no quality teaching provided to dtudents there.

Good atmosphere and easy to do work with employer friendly nature of coordinator .love to work in the school, so much euipement for students to learn, staff also very creative in nature overall I love this place

Not so good experience

The working experience in Vibgyor was average, very often it was stressful as well. The salary they offered was much less than the amount of work one handles as a facilitator, also it is difficult to survive if you stay in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad and if you being the sole earning member of the family

Vibgyor is an established brand and working with them helped me to improve my communication skills and learnt to work as a team.It has a structured curriculum which becomes easy for teachers to take up there lesson plan.

Good place to work

Good place to work but salary giben is not up to the mark. Though it is 8 hours working but some times it extends. Workload is too much during special events at school.
