Productive and work place satisfaction

It was great experience with Vibgyor group of schools. I have learned a lot from my colleagues. Got confidence too … work place culture is good sometimes it was very hectic doing proxy of maths . Management is good. The hardest part was observations by HOD, VP and coordinator because although your lesson is good they will find the holes and give less grade inspire you are senior teacher.

The HR who is supposed to be custodian to set up work culture is the most toxic department, I was hired on Mid Management level and it was the most horrifying experience I have ever come across as HR Professional.
