Good place to work remotely. Gained lot of experience. SLOW GROWTH. If you happen to raise voice on any issues, the managers may start igboring you. Otgerwise its good.

terminated in April 2020 for not having home based infra, was not provided any help in this regard despite requests

Virtual Physician Scribe Trainee (Former Employee) - R.T.Nagara - October 11, 2020

Joined 17th Feb, terminated 22nd April because I did not have the required infrastructure to work from home which was mentioned to the HR and the reporting manager but they did not provide any kind of help whatsoever. They did not follow any SOP for termination, did not send me any written show cause or other letters. There were no involvement of any senior manager to resolve this issue. One fine day they informed that my service is terminated as I could not work during this Covid lock-down. To my surprise, this HR himself came within 2 km of my residence but did not care to came to my place and physically verify my situation!! I requested for a system which was available but they did not provide any. When I objected, I was threatened by HR that he will put me as absconding for this period when Govt declared lock-down was in full effect!! No one from higher management come forward to discuss and find a way out!! what a SUPER EMPLOYEE FRIENDLY company!!

Pros

None, no support provided despite requests during this Covid lockdown, avoid these type of people at any cost.

Cons

Quality manager is making life unnecessarily and intentionally difficult, no job security, arbitrary and unjustifiable decisions taken by these two, absolutely avoid joining this type of company.

Not a place to invest one's time and energy if you are looking for a career. Part-timers can get away, but if a family person is looking to join, please excise caution and look for better opportunity.No proper local management, no HR policies, fake promises during interview, no salary hike, and the list continues.

Every employee irrespective of Manager, Team Lead are always prompt for any help needed at work. All of them are passionate towards work and because of it the atmosphere in the office is very postive.

1) Excellent place to work. Led by a CEO well experienced in business as well as scribing as he is a practicing physician himself. Caring and communicative HR department. Knowledgeable quality department who always shares knowledge and insight on all aspects of subject matter and work. Management that is always ready to help in any way possible. 2) Equal and fair treatment for all staff regardless of designation with standardized method of evaluation of staff in terms of quality, production and HR points. 3) Compensation adequate as per work assigned. Quality compensation for quality work. 4) No cut in compensation despite recent reduction in provider working hours due to COVID-19. 5) Several benefits like transport and allowances, saturday allowances 6) Direct partner insurance that covers all my family members including pre-existing conditions 7) PF that will help me down the line in my career. 8) Lot of opportunity for personal and professional growth. 9) Hardest part of job -- constant process of learning 10) Most enjoyable part of job -- also the constant process of learning -- medical as well as general knowledge 11) Workplace culture -- professional, young, with lot of like minded individuals and leaders willing to share knowledge and insight into various topics 12) Typical day at work --> depends on the provider work schedule

One of the best scribing companies to work for. Everyone is treated as family. Zero politics, Open door policy. Salary best in the industry. The Management makes sure that employees are taken care. The best people in the industry are part of VPS.
